Produced and managed UX content for a major revamp of Zillow’s tour booking experience
Introduced real-time booking availability to agents and buyers
Showed how tours are auto-booked in ShowingTime (acquired by Zillow)
Dual focuses:
Making the new booking experience for buyers clear and intuitive
Educating agents about the new booking confirmation process (and guiding their behavior)
Collaborated with UX Designers, Research (including user testing sessions), Product Managers, Marketing, etc.

Premier Agent (the primary tool used by Agents): Enhancements for mobile app and desktop experiences
MLS ID entry for agent past sales attribution (developing processes)
Premier Agent transaction sorting (balancing UX simplicity with Zillow goals for agents)
Integrating “Contact Agent” experience with Zillow Home Loans (various explorations of “Contact Agent” experiences)
